Western blot analysis of HDAC3 in NIH-3T3 mouse fibroblast lysates using an HDAC3 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18069). Lysates were separated by SDS-PAGE and blotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane. The membrane was blocked in 3% NFDM-PBST for 1 hr at room temperature and incubated at 4ºC prior to analysis.
